Option 1: GS/IW/Miami Saturday #1 - out of the week #2 challenger qualifying; GS/IW/Miami Monday #2 - out of the week #2 challenger main draw
Option 2: Players who're still alive in the GS/IW/Miami by Saturday should be out of the 2nd week challengers, MD or qualifying
Option 3: Players should be able to commit to the 2nd week challengers only after they're out of the GSs/IW/Miami |

If option 3 was chosen, I believe I'm right in thinking that the deadline would have to be at the time of quallies but the only difference would be that a player couldn't actually commit in until they're out of IW or Miami.
As a player I would prefer 3 myself, but I've voted for Option 2 as it makes things easier for managers.
