These two always produce tough matches to watch. Andy was just hitting too many poor errors in the final set, particularly of his backhand (which shocked me). 2nd set came down to two S/V attempts on BPs, one by Nole and one by Andy. Nole's landed on the corner line, Andy's missed by a millimetre, and that was the set.
I don't think Andy will mind to much about losing this though. He probably feels he will beat Tsonga, and likes his chances against Fed in the semi.
I love all aspects of TENNIS.
Federer - The Artist Murray - The Tactician Nalbandian - The Ballstriker Llodra - The S/V
Fake no.3 still couldn't take the match despite djoko not turning up in the 1st set and choking massively in the last set which should've been won 6-2 instead of the 7-5 mugfest it turned out. This result is further proof that mugray's august-september run has been a fluke.

Ridiculous. If first set Andy shows up again he will wipe the floor with everyone.
Indeed. These two cancel each other out basically, dips and rises in their level but despite the USO result it's Nole who remains the clutch king. I think he'll win the title on Monday.
Truer words haven't been spoken. But Nole's superior mental strenght and clutch power prevails.
Either you get him or you don't.

Federer to Nole: "Amazing year. Amazing tournament. Amazing match. You are THE BEST!"
