Re: Congratulations Nole! Year-end number 1!
Congratulations !
His Ricoh matchfacts (better stats than previous year on serve, nearly as good stats on return, not as glorious as previous year but still at the very best level of the open era on return) show that he has still played one of the best years of the open era level-wise even if he failed in some of the big tournaments.
He will also finish with a huge number of ATP points, probably similar to Nadal in 2010, and certainly better than Fed in 2009.

This GIF is awesome. I didn't realise it was a done deal yet but well done Nole. Back at #1 where he belongs.

Nice.

I don't get it. your post is so silly. I understand you are a Fed fan, many great fans of Fed on this board, but show some respect man. So, we Djokotards should just go away.
give credit where the credit is due ... doesn't matter if it is Nole or whoever. and what is this BS about the computer #1? let me try to explain... players play 52 weeks of tennis, they get points for what they do... nowadays we use computers to calculate this stuff ...

of course it's silly. I semi-quote it from a mtf poster. I would expect nothing less. I see that you don't understand. It means that Fed is only the "computer" #1, not the "real" #1. get it?
I don't see myself as a Fed fan. I like his game so much more that the other top players, though. You can call me a Fed fan if it suits you. It's fine. And, no. I don't want any tard base to go away. In fact, celebrate, man. Celebrate hard. The harder, the better.

Re: Congratulations No1e! Year-end number 1!
No1e Congratulations on another phenomenal season.
I see no reason why he shouldn't aim for a third consecutive YE #1 in 2013. He's clearly the best player in the world at the moment (and his main rivals Federer and Nadal aren't getting any younger); nothing is certain in tennis but Novak is definitely the front runner for 2013 as well.

Re: Congratulations No1e! Year-end number 1!
My congratulations to him and to his fans. He has had an excellent season. It was an exciting race for a long time, but in the end he was clearly superior, even if we have yet to see the exact margin.
BTW, five titles is not a certainty, it could still be six - or even seven.

He might tank Paris and I'm clearly not sure on how he's going to perform at WTF. But who knows?

You dont know this, season is not over yet. Djokos gap between # 2 may be more than 3000 points or even bigger after London, which is pretty dominant in my book . Last year end it was more than 4000, but it was exceptional year, almost impossible to beat it.
