Okay ,del Potro fans, look at it this way. His backhand and serve are probably better than Nadal and Federer's. His return isn't that much worse (they are all 3 pretty poor) Now compare their achievements. How do you explain that? del Potro has a good forehand, and I dislike Nadal more than I do him, but you're insane if you don't put Federer and Nadal at 1 and 2

Good list. I disagree with the top 3 order, but I guess any order is arguable there, all three FHs are 'special' shots for different reasons. Ferrer too low though, he should be #1

This is very surface dependent for some. Nadal goat fh on clay but on faster surfaces flat balls can trouble his Fh a lot. Murrays fh isn't particularly good but on clay it really is a weakness etc.

Pretty much. It's a good sign of MTF's 'sanity' that so far only those three have got #1 selections.

The second group all have great forehands too, even if not as special. The others really don't measure up at all, much as some would like us to believe Ferrer has the third best FH in tennis
