Tipsarevic lost, yes, but that doesn't mean Raonic is more talented or ever will be. Tipsarevic actually has a ground game that doesn't involve hitting the ball as hard as he can.

Since I am Canadian I am not allowed to cheer for Canadians otherwise I am a nationalistic fanboy?
That basically bans "real tennis fans" from cheering for certain players(ones from their country), whether they like the or not which is stupid.
I guess it helps to be from a country which sucks at tennis then?
I'll admit I first followed Milos because he was Canadian, I wouldn't have known him when he was ranked in the 500's otherwise but nobody here except his few Canadian fans did. That's not the only reason now however, I like big serves, I like Isner, Karlovic, Janowicz, etc. it sure beats watching moonballing pushfests for 4 hours for a match with 10 winners, and 200 errors.
Also it's quite natural to cheer for players from your country, half of mtf is a fan of someone from their country
