As soon as he got broken in the 3rd set, it was a complete giveaway by Dolgopolov. Well, Melzer clearly wanted this win more, and Dolgopolov was very hit-and-miss today.

Good result for Melzer. Don't really understand why people find this a disappointing loss for Aleksandr though. Melzer is one of the most talented guys out there, so when he is on, he can beat anyone. Combine this with Alex' error-prone matches...and there you go.

The last time Dolgopolov won a match being a clear underdog was in Nice 2011. He's a little overrated.
