Re: 2012 Live Commentary
Threw away that great opportunity with some more errors. I'm getting less optimistic he'll turn it around.

Re: 2012 Live Commentary
Really bad point from Nishikori. He had it one, just had to put it away.

Well, I think that Murray`s tactic would work more often than Nishi`s. It`s harder to return Milos` bombs with agressive shots, surely, than just return ball in play. With Raonic, IMO, better get 6-7 point out of 10 in play somehow to have a chance get UE from him in future than 3-4 (out of 10) times hit the ball waiting for immediate point.
Though If Kei`s return is on fire, than yep, he is bigger threat in this department.

Re: 2012 Live Commentary
Whatever happens hope Nishikori uses this week to push ahead - he's playing a lot better than some of the players ranked ahead of him. Sure Almagro etc. pick up clay points but Kei and his game would be far better to see in the top 10-12 than Tipsy, Almagro, Isner etc.

Re: 2012 Live Commentary
Raonic is still not great in big matches. If this was a normal match, I'd easily bet money that he'd beat Kei something like 6-4, 6-4.

Re: 2012 Live Commentary
Nishikori is going to regret netting that backhand. That was a real chance there.

Re: 2012 Live Commentary
Milos is still just way, way off. It's disappointing because the match is right there for the taking right now and he's wasting another shot at a 500.

Still learning how to deal with the pressure it appears, though I would hope he took some steps in that area this week.

Re: 2012 Live Commentary
Kei's too good off the ground right now. His stretch backhand at full flight is something I've never seen before.
