Hewitt should have won 1st set tie-break, he had 6-3 i think and than few others setpoint in that long tie-break. But even if Hewitt would be up 2-0 a still think this would be Ferrer victory in 5 sets, simply longer the match better for Ferrer.

Hewitt had some bad line calls at the start of the third.

Hewitt looked better than I thought, might have another wimbly run in him (qf,sf?)

Admirable fight from Hewitt, but Ferrer just overwhelmed him in the end. Impressive play befitting a World #5. Best of luck in the second week, Pics, and keep sending all the haters your warmest regards!

Ferru!
Sorry for Hewitt to be bagelled in the end. His toe probably fell off. Jerks here would be crying in their moms' laps if they had to play through the pain that guy plays in.

LOl at saying Hewitt was a cakewalk, If Federer or Djokvic faced him most people here will be saying this is so unfair why do they have to draw Hewitt.

Hewitt really should've taken the 1st, he wasted so many SPs. The last two sets were so predictable.

Probably not, considering his posts are just pure hate, he must have written the dedication before the match even started.

Go Ferrer

Got to say, even though I've never liked mr. lawnmover Hewitt, he's toned down his act quite a bit from his prime and it's always great to have him in the mix, since he has a champion's mentality even though his game isn't as good as it used to be. I'm pretty confident he can still play a few good years and make some runs at big tournaments. The decision to have his foot surgery was probably a good one, even though some questioned it. He's played very well since RG.
