Re: US Open R3 : Federer routines Verdasco 6-3 6-4 6-4
First day match for Roger, he had to adjust to the conditions but didn't make too many UEs, he just didn't go all the way on Nando because it wasn't needed TBH

easy, Rog just did what he had to do to win this match, nothing special, Routinerer looking good and consistent.

11 games lost against Verdasco is slightly worrying considering the level of competition that is to follow...but for now, a solid win for the 3rd favourite

Re: US Open R3 : Federer routines Verdasco 6-3 6-4 6-4
If Simon manages to beat Fish (currently an underdog there) I think he'll be in form enough to beat Fed or at least give him an extremely tough one. That's an if, though.

Fed's day outfit . He looks like he is playing in pajama. 3/8 today. Good to see Breakpointconverterer not peaking too early. Like always, saving the best when will matter the most

I usually dont give a damn about fashion, but Fed was rocking the red bandanna + light blue t-shirt combo

I doubt Fish will be of much worry to him. Rarely has been, i dont see anything that's changed.

lol. I see Simon having absolutely no chance at all if he plays Fed.

Well, Simon won on clay but they are 1-1 on HC, and Fish plays his best in the fall. So I definitely think he'll trouble Simon.

I think the emoticons form a perfect description of the entertainment value of this particular match. Pure one-way traffic. I'm not complaining.
Well done Rog, thanks for doing your job in straights.
Didn't see much of it as I think the Murray-Lopez match was worth a lot more of my watching time.
