US Open R2: Zemlja def. Stebe 6-4 2-6 6-4 6-4
Excellent tournament so far for Zemlja first time ever in a GS 3rd round coming from qualies. Stebe missed a chance here but he took out Troicki so he did the tennis world a favour.

I would take Zemlja over Stebe any day. Nice to see all the Slovenian players find some form and improve their rankings recently.

well so sad my less fave of the 3 was the first to get it. i hope bedene and kavcic get many R3 anyway =)

Yes, Kavcic lost to Južni in the 2nd round, not the 3rd. In first round he beat Anderson, I though that was 2nd round match.
My bad, sorry for all the confusion.
