absolutely disgusting from david 
2/18 break points converted..really was the better player for a large part of the first set
this could damage him but he's been good at moving on from tough losses in the past so hopefully he does again |

Sad result, but at least he hung with Berdych the entire time even though he was abysmal at taking his chances.

David should be ashamed of himeslf. Should have won in straights with 2 breadsticks.
If Berdych somehow makes it to the quarter finals, he will be absolutely humiliated by Federer.

i dot know about that but he definately should have taken the first set and he could have taken an early break lead in the 2nd. Just absolutely abysmal conversion on his part |

Better player won. Goffin is talented but he isn't any better than Tomic or Harrison.

2/18 BPs - that stat explains the match.
Goff has the ability to defeat Berdych, but surely his young nerves showed up. I still find him mentally stronger overall than the ball basher, but he needs to calm down a bit. I mean that last game of the match was pathetic. Lost a winnable match.
Pity. Back to the challengers now.  |
