I think this is definitely needed. A lot of managers have troubles managing and there needs to be a place for them to report there problems instead of PMing. I will start off by naming a common managing "disease", and as problems occur I will update this post with the problem and how to fix/prevent it.

MANAGING DISEASES
Excelular Chromitis- This disease occurs when one copy and pastes from Google Chrome thus resulting in extreme issues. Excel does not recognize some picks if they come from Chrome, so the way to prevent Excelular Chromitis is to copy and paste from Firefox, IE, or any other browser.

Thanks! It's not only you though, everyone including myself has troubles managing and I feel like this would be a good place to report it. And also if there's a solution then I could put it on the OP
