I'm not sure if I had this avatar before anyone else, but I selected it when Mark Lenders had no avatar. Some of the information he gives on Safin makes me wonder if he actually followed him during his career.
Safin did remarkably well in his career to win 2 slams before the age of 25 where he suffered a serious knee problem because in 2001, he was blighted with injury as well as 2003 where he really couldn't play properly whatsoever. That's the only thing that I'd change about his career. If his headcase tendencies got the better of him occasionally, then so be it, because he wouldn't be himself would them.

in my humble opinion, 90% of the safintards are closet homosexuals. i mean of course no offense with this; it's simply the way it seems to me given their obsession with a man, his face and his body. i wonder is theres any wanking involved.
the other 10% is composed of 9.9% girl safintards and .1% of straight safintards (however, i don't think theres any of that latter group in this forum).
