Congratulations Adey. You will do a great job, but please try not to make too many innovations in your first season - some of us aren't as young as we were.
Congratulations also to Ruben. This is probably overdue, and I urge the board to consider making the appointment permanent. If it means there are 6 on the board instead of 5, why not?

LOL - I'll bear that in mind - I have a certain record I am aiming for in 2012 still on my mind 
I obviously can't really answer that one myself yet as I have to be familiarised with the procedures - but would it be possibly be that it's always been five so that a majority agreement can be reached on tricky issues, whereas with 6 there’s always the possibility of 3-3 stalemate?

I think indeed the board should consist out of an odd amount of people to prevent ties in votes! But well, I am happy with the temporary job and I will make sure when there will be another position everybody agrees on the fact that I am the best option! |
