Are you fucking kidding me ?! 150 points from Mickey Mouse is not worth to fuck up your Olympics . He had excellent draw, fresh Kohli would have been able to beat Ferrer on grass and all other mugs until semifinal vs Federer, to earn more points and shot for medal. Now he goes out in 1st- 2nd round.
I say :stupid decision , no matter how much appearance fee they promised to him.

Really tough for Kohli recover from this now. Not only an issue with his fitness, but now also his mind. His mental meltdown was abysmal, almost Verdasco-like when he was losing -- terrible attitude.
I'm not convinced he will get past Kavcic in his OG opener.
As for Haase... Jesus. Will he even win a game against Gasquet

Kohli is not going to win an Olympic Gold or a medal. The Germans originally didn't include him by the original cut off date of the Games, so he planned his schedule like anyone would if they weren't going to be a part of the Games.
He will win his 1st round. What ifs, buts and maybes count for a lot of nothing. If he was so fired up and the Olympics were so important then he would have withdrawn.
So his career best ranking at end of this week inside the top 20 means shit does it?

Haase was his usual arrogant self after the match:
Quote:

"Prolonging a title, that's something that generally only the big names do, the Top 5, at Grand Slams or the other bigger events. I now belong to that list. That is an achievement to be proud of."

I can't believe this guy and the size of his head. I hope the day will soon come that he realizes that he will never crack the Top 20 and will never pose a consistent threat to top players.

I don't believe he thinks defending kitz is comparable to defending or even winning a GS, or even getting to a quarter or semi at a GS . He can't be that stupid.
