Gstaad R1: Brown def. Stakhovsky 3-6 6-4 7-6(8) (Saves 2 MP)
Another huge victory for Dustin after saving six matchpoints in his final quali match. Crazy third set where Dreddy almost completely gifted the match away.
Dodgy call at 4-4 40-15 where Stakhovsky already went to the other side because he thought his ball was out, point had to be replayed. Brown then missed an easy smash, which he played way too nonchalant and missed an easy passing shot in the following point. Went mental at the umpire during the changeover and proceeded to break back Stakhovsky at love . Saved matchpoints were at *5-6 and *7-8 in the tie-break.

Dreddy loves the altitude saving match points for fun.

Another close match lost by Stakh. But at least he is able to play for 3 sets again.

Dustin, even in his crazy mood is starting to win ATP matches consistently ( he won 2 in Sttutgart), hope he keeps it up . Some of his return winners are just sick, he just goes for everything.
