no. it happens a lot that the manager cannot be online exactly at the time the OOP comes, and he asks someone else to post it, so that THE PLAYERS can have more time to make their picks. Posting the OOP is not in any way a commitment to be an "assistant manager"; it's just posting an OOP.
You stated your opinion in a clear and sensible way, even if it's not correct according to my view (and the view of the TT Board). That's fine. Some other players took to question the integrity of the manager; that's not fine. I even believe this should lead to some kind of punishment. We have way too few managers in the game already, and behaviours like that are not only making the existing managers go away but also stopping potential ones from taking into managing.
