Re: Olympic Games 2012 London Thread (All other sports besides tennis)
GB Taekwondo are up there with the German Olympic tennis organisers for being clowns. For some, probably political reasons they ignored the world number 1 in the 80kg category for the world number 59, who just got done over in the quarters.

Yes we fucked up. But in one run it's all luck, not much skill involved.

well, if you're defending your olympic title, something very few athletes have done so far, there must be some skills involed.

Of course but these guys are all ultra good. The poor Yankee finishing last while he dominated semi. Is he a loser? No he was unlucky. I dare to say Strombergs is a lucky champion but a champion anyway.

Re: Olympic Games 2012 London Thread (All other sports besides tennis)
Russia get through 3-1 over Bulgaria in the volleyball, that was a good comeback from Bulgaria.
Go Italy or Brazil in the final.

Great volleyball at the end but Bulgarians really lost that match by 2nd set fail (we can say that now).
