Might be they had to, just because Wimbledon 2011 points were due to drop on July 2nd...

Not really, because the same was with Roland Garros (points dropped after week 1), and they didn't do this back then.

Updated with corrections from the official rankings. The current rankings equate the official rankings at this moment and are very useful for those of you who want to create sublists with official rankings for this week. The files will remain inside the link you can find in the OP, even after today, so you can use them whenever you like.

There were very small and very few errors, which could have been avoided with a double-check on the points I was giving to players. So, I must apologize for these errors. The errors I corrected are:

Michael Linzer - Turkey F25 points wrong - must be 2 instead of 6
Molchanov - Tournament count wrong and placement differs
Schwartzman - Uncalculated with Lima points - placement differs
Michon - Romania F4 points wrong - must be 8 instead of 3
Androic - Romania F4 points wrong - must be 3 instead of 8
Alexander Ward - Belgium F1 points wrong - must be 1 instead of 0
Peter Heller - Turkey F25 points wrong - must be 6 instead of 2
Dong-Whee Choi - Tournament count wrong and placement differs
Tournament count errors for a few players that lead to a different 1400+ placing

That is a fun statistic. And one record we know won't be beat until 2028 at the earliest. Could conceivably be tied in 2024.
