Re: Olympic Games / London 2012
Does anybody know how the seeds are made?
Is Llodra/Tsonga gonna be seed n°4 in the double draw thanks to the number 5 double ranking of Llodra?
Looking at the 2008 olympics draw it seems that 2 teams from the same country can't be in the same part of the draw. Is that correct ?

Re: Olympic Games / London 2012
The draws are out and it looks like it's Gilles who has the best draw. We have to wait at least 2 rounds to see the chance of french players.
For doubles it's a bit of lotery sometimes but medal is expecting by the FFT. They want at least one medal in single, doubles or mixed maybe.

Mixed? I don't see that happening. Who would be the pair?

Gilles has a good draw but he's not his best on grass so he could lose to anyone. If it was hardcourts I actually would like his chances to get to the semis. I hope I'm wrong but for me I think Gasquet and Tsonga have better medal chances here despite the harder draws. The doubles is up in the air, I think anyone including both French teams could medal.

2 sets on grass it's a bit a lotery. Llodra/Tsonga are a great team imo then it depends of many things including luck.

Re: Olympic Games / London 2012
We have seen the start of Gasquet/Baggy on french TV atm. Two games
Tsonga could be on http://www.francetv.fr/sport/les-jeu...es-2012/direct But not sure as he's not on center court
For mixed Llodra/Mladenovic will try to make the cut. Draw is made today but with their ranking won't be easy.

Re: Olympic Games / London 2012
Tsonga won 25-23 in the third vs Raonic. Gasquet and Benneteau are in quarter of double
No mixed doubles cut was too high

Re: Olympic Games / London 2012
Benneteau/Gasquet are in semis Next...Bryan brothers. Allez !
And now Llodra/Tsonga won against Melo/Soares. We're sure to have a medal, I hope it will be for silver or gold between the 2 French teams...
The end for Tsonga in single.
