According to Japanese TV, Kei started practicing serve only two weeks ago because of the abdominal injury. Maybe that's why his serve is still up and down.
Dante has just told them Kei's toss before serving is going a tad backward.
Two nice returns! 30-0 to 30-30 on Serra's serve.

I see, let's hope he can carry on and improve his serve. That is going to be crucial "if" he plays tougher opponents.
