Roland Garros R1: Kukushkin def. Gulbis 6-4 7-6(4) 5-7 2-6 6-4
Came all the way back for nothing
Gulbis served for the second set, lost it. Kuku was up *5-1 40-0 in the third set and didn't win another game until falling down a break in the fourth. Gulbis started the fifth set with a break of serve, had BP for a double break at 2-*0, didn't take it and lost his break lead. Had an opening on return at 4 all to potentially break getting to deuce, failed to take advantage and got broken at love to lose the match.
Two very similar players, two guys who are mentally fragile, unfortunate Gulbis couldn't find a way to close things out. This loss will hurt.

Kukuskin led 6-4 7-6(4) *5-1 40-0 before deciding he would rather toy around with Gulbis before he won.
Gulbis was a break up in the 5th too.

Too bad this wasn't streamed. Obviously an epic match.

Epic chokefest
Anyone knows how many match points did Kukushkin miss in the 3rd set?

Ernests... Why?
I mean. I support Kuku, and I wanted him to win.
But i'm a fan of Best-Gulbis... And I thought this would be, maybe, a new beginning.

2 hours of foreplay, then ejaculating before entry sums up the Gulbis comeback.
