Just got back from a soggy old day at Queens - no play, and there are mutterings from officials, that we could have 4 or 5 days like this in the next week. Not sure if they'd abandon the event, or it would go deep into next week?

I had a day like that in Eastbourne years ago - and as deciding to back home at 6.30 after not a single point being played, making my way out to the exit I saw Monica Seles with two security guards (this was the year she came back after the stabbing) going into one of the buildings, walked up to her and she chatted to me for about 10 minutes - made it all worth while.
OOP for tomorrow released - will post in 15 mins.

OK well some extra matches have been added to the OOP for Tuesday – and most of them start first – so I can imagine us having the nightmare position of these matches finishing when the later matches which count for the first round don’t get started, but judging by the weather forecast we're in for a similar day tomorrow.

Weather report has tomorrow as quite good as well, but it would be good to see a bit of tennis today. I'm about 30 miles SW of Queens and it has really brightened up...so fingers crossed...
