Default Biggest walking Bye at Roland Garros?

There are a number of players that im sure everyone will be hoping they get drawn against in roland garros, but who do you think everyone's number one pick to play would be?

Vasek pospisil - bad on clay. Hasnt gone a win on the surface this season

Donald young - has a 2-12 match record on the season and clay is his worst surface on top of this

Cedrik marcel-stebe - Clay is supposed to be his best surface but he's barely won matches this season at this level

Andy roddick - terrible on the surface, been obliterated by both opponents he's played this week so confidecne will be low

Alex Bogmolov - Really looking like last season was a fluke

Viktor troicki - steadily regressing as a player. has been bad all year but gotten wins with kind draws

Nikolay Davydenko - this one hurts. He has lost all momentum he had when he took the time off though

sergiy stakhovsky - really having an awful season, doesnt seem like he can beat anyone

Ernests gulbis - this one hurts too. Just no confidence right now

Philipp petzschner - been playing crap all year

James blake - didnt look to good in his match this week and clay isnt his best surface

simone bolelli - hasnt really done much this year aside from 2 or 3 good weeks

frank dancevic - hasnt played a match in a while and clay is his worst surface

In all seriousness though - duck. He is useless

I'm no Fakervic fan but he needs to save tennis, sadly tree trunk legs will be fresh. Interesting he's never questioned...

Bigger question is. Which top 4 guy will conveniently have all of them in his quarter?

when you look at all these players in shit form that will be in the main draw already yhou know all of the guys playing qualifying are salivating at the possibility of drawing them in round 1. You also can see that if the draw works out we could see alot of winnable matches for qualifiers here

Default Re: Biggest walking Bye at Roland Garros?

Then there is a second tier of guys who aren't complete walking byes, but are definitely an extremely advantageous draw, either due to clay failures or lack of form:

Roddick
Lopez (look at his RG record and form this season)
Anderson
Davydenko
Melzer (not fully fit)
Bogomolov
Ito
Dodig
Harrison
Karlovic
Muller
Stakhovsky
Sela
Jaziri
Phau
Petzschner
Clement
Dasnieres de Veigy
Mannarino
Hewitt (hasn't played since AO, potentially not fully fit)

It'd have to be Pospisil, Young, or the Slovaks Beck and Lacko.

I would have added Soeda to that list, but him taking a set off Berdych and actually playing well surprised me. Same for Ito.

There are so many great draws
