In season 4, episode 19 of the ATP World Tour Uncovered presented by Rio, 14-time Grand Slam champion Pete Sampras reveals to Justin Gimelstob the advice he gave Novak last July when the Serbian became world no.1.
Former ATP world no.1 speaks about Novak’s mental strength and admires him for being an “incredible competitor”. “Novak’s always had a big game, big serve… I feel like mentally he was a bit fragile, and now he’s a rock.”
“When you’re 24, these next four, five years, until 28, 29, this is your prime. He’s too good, he’s a good mover, mentally he’s figured it out, he’s got the whole package”.

Big serve? Well, i think he has a good serve but i won't call it big. Everything else is true and we all know that i guess. He also said last year that he is the best player he ever seen when it comes to turning defense to offense. I fully agree with that.
I kinda feel that Sampras always liked him more than Fed and Rafa. Just a feeling.

Epic movies, like brokeback mountain, are seldom found in the industry or worthy for the mainstream viewer. As often as I have watched the clips of this movie, I always find something more to it.
