How about Monfils
He withdrawn RG and 3 weeks out due to knee injury.

Verdasco playing here right after Prostejov is little bit weird. Monfils and Federer are questionable though.

But if he reaches final in Roland Garros he would surely pull off.

I don´t know which year it was, but after a long 5-set final between Nadal and Federer at Roland Garros both withdrew from Halle and from then on Nadal went to Queen´s.
I could imagine that the Halle organisers pray for either a short final or for at least one of Federer or Nadal not reaching the final in RG.

Re: Halle Entry List/Fact Sheet (updated May 19, 2012)
Federer pulls out every other year, he did it last year, so I fear he'll play this year. If not, I think they'll definitely regret naming a street after him. And hopefully the tournament direction will finally understand that they do everything for Roger, but he treats them like shit.

Don't know if this is confirmed yet, but both Tommy and Petzschner are on hte list at official webiste, so most likely WC's will go to both of them.

Re: Halle Entry List/Fact Sheet (updated June 6, 2012)
So if Melzer is OUT, one more withdrawal for Becker to get in.
He has to get in directly or via WC, as he probably cannot play qualis due to still playing Nottingham.

Verdasco and Kukushkin out ?!
I thought that they were tanking in Prostejov to go to Halle sooner.

Re: Halle Entry List/Fact Sheet (updated June 6, 2012)
Maybe Becker has got a chance to get a WC if Petzschner will cancel this tournament due to an health issues. But this is not 100% so maybe we should wait until Saturday when Qualies will start. Weather should be fine with 18°C and no rain.
