I'll corect that. Kubler was in Bournemouth for GB F9 but pulled out April 10. He is competing in GB 10 in Edinburgh, Scotland the following week. Interesting to note that Dayne Kelly is also in GB those weeks and is using his protected ranking which will make him a second or third seed for the event.

Thompsom also pulled out of Italy F5 on April 16. Not sure where he is next.

We'll have two Australian's in ITF future finals this week after Jason Kubler became the first. He just defeated Daniele Giorgini 7-5 7-5 to book his place in the final.

I'm not sure if a PR gives you seeding status?
Can anyone clarify that?

yeah i think you're right, PR is only used for entry lists and then seedings are off actual rankings. but still, it's better that Kelly's in the main draw rather than qualifying.

Yeah you are right. He'll be a low ranked entrant. On a side not Kyrgios, Kubler, Saville or Mitchell will be in an ITF future final. That's brilliant.

Unfortunately they now play each other in the semi finals.

I believe that Saville will get a WC or SE into Savannah next week if he wins tonight. Lots riding on it for him.

Wrong twice. You can't get SE for reaching a futures final into a challenger tournment. Also he did not get a wildcard.

Duckworth lost 7-6(3) 6-4 to qualifier Lojda.

Disappointing as he had a nice draw and he played well here last year (made the semi-finals). His one week re-entry into the top 200 is over for now.

I did say 'I believe.' He's competing in USA F11 next week and was meant to compete in Savannah but opted for a full week of training with fellow Aussie Ben Mitchell.
