100 titles is perhaps a bit much. Federer already has the record of most titles outside his favourite country, though. Connors won just 29 outside the US. Lendl was much better, he won 56 titles outside the US. Federer is just one better than 57.
Every major title winner (above 60 wins) has won more titles in the US than anywhere else. Nadal could be the exception if he gets to 60. Spain is his best with 9, ahead of Monaco (!) with 8.
