I hate sometimes being an american, why are we slumping so bad, at least Ryan and Robby and Andy did some effort.

I feel the same way but hopefully the Davis Cup will galvanize them. Hopefully Isner and Harrison, with maybe a late-career push from Russell, and/or if (an) American(s) can make a real push for this tournament (grading Roddick on a stiffer curve, he'll have to beat a healthy Monfils or Raonic in the final for me to be happy) we'll have some reason for a little optimism this year.
