Flopez looked really unmotivated in this match. Though Rufin stringed a decent one, nice result for him.

The funny thing is that if Lopez can be bothered in these next few weeks indoors, he could hit top10.
Awful attitude today though.

Re: Montpellier R2: Rufin def. Lopez 7-6(5) 6-3
Rufin was ok, but not fantastic. The wrist seemed to be really bothering Feli, he had practically no rotation in the 2nd set at all, shots he'd usually make were flying wildly out. The trainer was out and retaped it in mid 2nd set. I have no idea why he didn't retire.

Strange indeed. He did withdraw from the doubles, didn't he?

He isn't in the draw for doubles. Maybe he was half of the team that pulled out, as it just says ALTs against Monfils and his younger bro?

Yeah I read something like that... well he should perhaps have withdrawn altogether. Wrist injuries = bad news!

Very much so. In the beginning he just looked listless and underslept possibly , but by the end, you could see he was putting half his energy into just avoiding certain movements. Hope he gets better by Miami.
