As for a "legend", I think what he did last year only is enough for that ... and you can go until the final of the Australian open 2012. And that includes all of his wins against Nadal.

McEnroe's 1984 was enough to make him a legend.

It's the same for Djokovic.

Wilander's 1988 had 3 slam wins, which is a great memory for many people, but not that level. Also his Australian open and French open wins were not that memorable. The US Open was the most memorable with his win over Lendl.

Yet I've watched the whole carreer of these players, and I do think Murray is in the same category

He has been unlucky facing such 3 competitors and he's still very young. I still believe he can pull a "Wilander-year" one day

Hard to call someone a legend so soon after the legend-making year, but I voted yes. Eventually at least I will, right now he might be too recent.

So many great videos - like the one of Novak imitating Mac at the US Open - only Novak could do this and bring the house down. Only Novak would ever be expected or requested to do this:

What a great breath of fresh air Novak has brought to tennis.

Big John - did you notice any cheating or faking here? Looked fair and square to the rest of us.

If you have been a fan since day 1, you know I speak the truth.

`Day 1' - What is Day 1?

I've been a Nole fan since 2007. And you are lying. `Faker' - Did Nole call for a trainer ONCE during that 6 hour match with Nadal at the 2012 Australian Open? Nole slipped and rolled his ankle - did he call for a trainer then? No. You would have been on hands and knees crawling for the exit after the 1st 15 min.

What about Nole's 5 hour semi final match against Murray at the Aus Open? Did he call for a trainer then?

Nole played a 5 hour SF match against Murray at the AO then comes out at the same GS and plays a 6 hour Final against Nadal. Who has ever done that? Did he once call for a trainer? Did he cheat to win to win those matches? Nole won fair and square.

So Nole never had dubious injury, allergies or dust getting into his eyes or causing breathing problem, problems with heat, calling MTO to disrupt his opponent's rhythm?

You know the answer to all those things is yes, so I'm just trying to gauge what kind of fan you are...

Not a legend yet, no.
His buddy Nadal is, though.

You know me better than that Mattie. And stop lying to yourself, I am 100% right about Nole. You need to stop thinking with your little head. nYour lust for the Faker clouds your judgement.
