How do you stop yourself from becoming old ahead of time?
I'm 25. I used to like drinking, pizza and drinking. Now I like coffee and watching the news, and when i'm in a club I want to go home at midnight because my back hurts and i'm tired. How do I make myself young again? I don't want to be all old yet.
Genuine suggestions and mocking commentary welcome.

Find the right sexual partner. Trust me on that one. You'll feel young awfully quick again. Good sex brings good energy. Energy is what will revitalize you.

Play sports.
...and change your mindset. Why are drinking coffee and watching the news associated with aging? You're only as young or old as you feel.

Re: How do you stop yourself from becoming old ahead of time?
Why would you want to be stuck in a teenager's mindset all your life, anyway? It's very unhealty glorifying the past. If you really look back objectively, you'll see that you were quite stupid at 17 when compared to now and probably wouldn't want to go back to that even if given the chance to.
Though the fact that you're lagging in your love of pizza is pretty worrying, perhaps you should see a specialist about that.

If you are into drinking and drinking, you're not young, you're a present or future alcoholic Back pain can be fixed via better exercising, while clubs suck anyway, but I'm old too, what do I know

yeah i lost interest in clubbing, drinking and recreational drugs at 21. since then i only go to clubs once in a while for certain purposes but i do feel the same need to go back home as soon possible.
perhaps you should become acquaint with younger people and let their energy rub off you .

I'll vote for less drinking; if you thought about alcohol (better if you don't drink at all ) and more training. And more healthy and varied meal.
For your back, only the systematic movement can help.

It's a bad idea, two per a day is unhealthy enough (but 12??) plus Red Bulls don't help when you'll have addict.

I don't see it that way. If the OP were only concerned about activity, he wouldn't bring age into it. (sorry for trying to cheaply psychoanalyze you, OP. )
And for pizza. Though meh on the pineapple.

I pity the day when I would be tired of clubbing.

I would say that I consume copious amounts of alcohol but that doesn't make me an alcoholic.

Who cares? Don't be afraid of maturing.
The only constant in life is change.
