Someone mentioned the courts in Perth were fast indoor. Is that really the case as I did not see a roof over the stadium. The court also had the same colours as the AO so I just presumed it's the same surface or was I wrong?

Courts were indoors, but hideously slow.

I don't understand why Dimitrov's past incident with a chair umpire was brought up at all when Fish was clearly the instigator in THIS situation. In this case, Dimitrov did nothing wrong. Sure, his assault of the umpire wasn't the best decision, but young people grow up and often can (and do) change. Mardy is 30 - he should already have GROWN UP!
