What a mug-fest this was. Marcel really should've won it in 4 (was leading 4-1 in the fourth), but glad he's in the 2nd round anyway. The next match against Gil/Dodig is winnable as well. Som-hi Marcel  |

He started being sick then. That is why is lost the fourth. He was in terrible shape, constantly bending down trying to vomit. Eventually he left for about 15 minutes at the end of the fifth to let it all out. |

Wow winning in that heat and sick too! Amazing,well done Marcel  Hope he's fine for next singles. Probably best not to play doubles,he needs the energy reserves for his singles.

EDIT btw I just saw in GM a pic of a huge blister Marcel had on his toe,it looks so painful and sore,I think it was posted on his twitter page. Must have been hellish to try and run with that. He just hasn't had much luck health wise this AO
Hope he's completely strong and healthy for Montpellier.
