Interesting scoreline. I hope somebody uploads some of it to Youtube... Would be nice to see some fast court tennis even if it's only one match
Did Nole attack the net much?

Exactly, he anhilated Hewitt so easily in Hopman's Cup, even Lleyton himself admitted that Novak was playing differently and that he would be the next number 1 soon. Our aussie boy wasn't wrong.

For Nole is all good practice, he really played freely and very fast. At least he sent a strong message to his competition and the pundits who thought he was already burnt out after his mindblowing season. Nole is going for the Career Slam in 2012, he just said it in an interview. Do you think he can? I KNOW he can. Let's go Nole!

Did you see the match? Novak was playing brilliant, yes outplaying Federer as we all know he is capable of. But it IS an exho and THAT IS WHAT. Federer lost to friggin' Roddick in 2007 (one of his peak years) in Kooyong before winning the Australian Open that year. Thats the way Federer takes exhos like this. No one here said Federer wanted to lose like THAT today, it was a terrible performance and I am sure he didnt expect to lose this badly either. He even apparently apologised for his (lack of) effort today....but honestly this ownage doesnt matter in the large scheme of things for 2012. Its a good start for Novak especially on the back of his unspectacular fall in 2011, but the reason Federer fans are "downplaying" this match as you say is because it doesnt matter to Federer or his Aus Open chances. Novak was the firm favourite for AO before this tournament and he will remain so after this tournament. Federer and Nadal are next in line and will remain so.

Also, since I hear nothing about Federer attempting suicide after that, I am thinking he would rather not die than lose a match like that to Novak
Btw, you as a Novak fan should have had (and probably will have in the future too) lots of joy enjoying major victories of Novak that actually matter. Leave the exhulting in exhos and MM victories to us fans of washed up veterans pal

I accept it but stupid tardish post like that one get on my nerves. I don't really mind Djokovic but saying Fed won't catch any sleep because he lost to Djoker is pathetic. I seriously do not mind Djokovic and would be 1000 times more upset if the USO semi happened with the pig.

As it stands, I do not mind. I am not claiming my man choked like so many Noletards here despite the fact he played out of his skin as well on that afternoon in Paris. Outside a few annoying reactions on court, Djokovic is by far and away the better No.1 than Nadull.

Novak didnt choke the match in Paris he choked parts of it....Like 4-2 lead in the 1st ,serving for the 5th and all ..........who knows what would have happened? ...........anyway Fed is sure not feeling great about this loss but he doesnt really care
