Forget the overrated clowns like Murray and Del Potro. From what I've seen in USO, Nole is back in business and hungrier than ever. He didn't beat Rafa (who was on fire), but he made a statement when he beat Federer saving 2 match points and reaching his first slam final since the AO win. His serve is getting better, the groundstrokes are amazing and it seems he's finally focusing full time on tennis. I am certain he will win his second grand slam next year, probably AO or USO. Count on it.

Not a bad prediction imo. It would be interesting to hear you and others give a percentage to his chances of taking a Slam in 2011...

Grabbing at straws are we...?. I am not talking about isolated sets or some random match, but a grand slam final on hardcourt in which Nadal defeated Federer.

I really hope so, been supporting him for a long time now and he's had some disappointing finishes this season. I was afraid he was going to fail again this USO after having such a hard time against Troicki(sp?). But since I saw him play against Federer I have alot of faith in the guy again, should be more agressive from time to time (going to the net more often) and should improve his serve like Nadal did.

Don't blame Federer if Nadal wasn't able to reach hardcourt finals when Fed was in his prime
