I think here myself deserve the award, because it is very hard to manage Grand Slam, but my vote goes to Jim

I specially remember Rome-2, where rain delay and no live scores made management increadibly difficult. And you came over it offering diffs on all possible combinations and being helpful to all players.
We're gonna miss you, Jim!!!
