Maybe it's too bad for Mr. Edberg, if he doesn't like his name associated with the winner, but since the players are the ones to decide this, it's really their business. Whoever wins, of course we will hear whining about how the ATP shouldn't have allowed the result, but then go make up your own award and pick an esteemed jury to decide the winner. This one is done by current players' votes.
