Yeah, I'm all over that stretching thing. I got Pain Free by Pete Egoscue and have been doing the foot E-cises for over ten days now: foot circles, flex points, calf stretch, hamstring stretch, static back and my favorite the Air Bench. I have a glass of water when I get up, put on some meditation tunes and do it up for about twenty minutes religiously every morning. Never felt better.
