Re: Week 44 : Eckental (Entry List)
K.Beck d. Zverev 6-3, 3-6, 6-3
Well done Karol! It was nothing special by him, though, but win is a win. Zverev´s first serve was his only weapon, instead of it, he was really poor. Karol should win also that 2nd set, but he wasted ton of BPs and Zverev used his only chance. Then Karol lost his opening serve in the 3rd, seemed to be down, doublefaulting a lot, but still came back relatively comfortably. He deserved this one and now he has another good chance against Krawietz/Bozoljac in the quarters. Semis looks to be different story with Petzschner possibly there... Karol will probably need much much better performance there to survive.
Karol Beck is still a very strange player, he has like 5 horrible tournaments in a row and then he can make some serious damage out of nowhere. Hopefully, this will be the case and he will surprise with at least a final somehow!

Re: Week 44 : Eckental (Entry List)
sorry but andi needs to do well here, i want him back in the top 100 where he belongs
he'd have another chance at the wtcf but id rather that would be more of an event to solidify his rank

Re: Week 44 : Eckental (Entry List)
Zemlja served a double fault on his match point in the 3rd set breaker and lost it 8-6.
