No love for Chris Pridham? I remember back in 1992 I was a ballboy at the French Open and the first match I did was Pridham against a French guy, which I recall he won in five sets.

I think he made it near 70 in the world and also made it to the 3rd round at almost all the Slams in the late 80's early 90's
