Re: Michael Llodra
Congrats to Mika for the Adelaide title! He played perfect tennis in the final. I thought that his on-court speech was also great (as was Jarkko's). I just didn't understand anything of the French part but he looked so hilarious there.

Re: Michael Llodra
Sorry for Mika that his great run ended in Auckland. Hope he can do well in Melbourne!
By the way, I just finished organizing my 2007 photos and like to share Mika's photos during Thailand Open here. Hope you like some.
First ones are Mika with girls at Lacoste Booth.

Re: Michael Llodra
Mika & Nico at Court No. 1, my favourite court.
It'd be great if I can understand French because these guys talked & laughed a lot! They're also very kind to the fans. Please come again next year ...

Re: Michael Llodra
Wonderful work today getting to the final of the Australian Open doubles. A shame he did not win as he may have done another strip for us! He is so smooth and charming!

Re: Michael Llodra
A poll on the blog of the Marseille tournament asking if he or Santoro deserves a WC. I doubt it will be of any importance in the end, but you can vote though:
http://blog.open13.fr/sondages/
Fabrice just didn't enter the event in time, while Mika's ranking is not good enough to directly enter the main draw and he won't be able to play the qualies because of the DC, so I don't see why they're even asking...

Urgent
URGENT URGENT!

Re: Michael Llodra
You've got me on igno, PitiPingoin? I posted the same poll the post above you.
But I agree with the bump, even though it's probably hopeless. I can't stand it when players who just "forgot" to enter a tournament in time get the WC over players who really need them - and I don't buy Santoro "forgot" to enter Marseille anyway.

Re: Michael Llodra
Am I misunderstanding something? What does a singles WC have to do with a doubles entry?

Re: Michael Llodra
Nothing, the poll is all about the singles WC, not about the doubles. He will play in doubles anyway, I guess, but we mean he would deserve a WC in singles too, especially after his Adelaide title.

Re: Michael Llodra
Ok, thanks. I had understood the last part as something like: So, if you think Michael deserves the WC more than Fabrice, especially, if you want to see him defend his doubles title with Arnaud.

Re: Urgent
Yes, you're right, that's what was written in French, I hadn't read it.
I don't know why Piti Pingoin is saying that... The poll is definitely about the WC for the singles.

Re: Michael Llodra
So, here's how they've solved getting Mika into the draw!
From the Open13 website:
Ancic and Llodra in the main draw
18:56
The Croat Mario Ancic, 2006 runner-up, has been awarded a wild card for the main draw of the 2008 Open 13. Tournament management has also given an “invitation” to Frenchman Michaël Llodra. A last wild card is still uncalled for.
