For me I've seen the most impressive results over the last 2 or 3 years from Gianluigi Quinzi (Italy), Borna Coric (Croatia), and Noah Rubin (USA) all born 1996. Each one has won against older top ranked guys.
Even younger, Stefon Kozlov, born 1998, is one to watch out for.

Quinzi is currently n. 6 in juniors ranking, and he's just fifteen.
I saw Coric at Bonfiglio and he is really, really good.

I know 13 is too you an age to really expect anything, but when you make 2 itf grade 4 finals and win an itf grade 5 tournament at the age of 13, I think it earns you a spot on the "one to watch" list. He was also one of the very very best under 14 jrs in the world last year when he doesn't even turn 14 until this year. In my opinion, there's a pattern of young success that future stars follow. Coric and Quinzi, Tomic and Harrison, were all similarly impressive at the same age.

Other reasons he's intriguing is
1. I've heard he plays like Bernard Tomic, which isn't the most liked style in the world.
2. He's kind of small, so it's expected that other kids might out grow him. That makes anything he does that much harder.

It'll be interesting to follow his career and see if he can keep up the success.

If I'm not mistaken, he trains at IMG and practices with Michael Mmoh. I remember seeing his name in USTA tournaments. Both him and Mmoh played in a futures qualifying not too long ago.
