Querrey had an elbow surgery recently and won't probably be able to play

Soderling----scheduled to play, whether he does will probably come down to how he feels at the end of the week with his wrist.

Melzer----scheduled to play, will make a decision later in the week.

Ferrer----likely out (is expected to be out until USO)

Roddick----scheduled to play, likely will but may come back at Winston-Salem. I read he's going to make the decision at the end of the week.

Raonic----almost definitely out.

Malisse---will play.
