He's down two sets to 1 and 1-1 in the fourth set. Play suspended.
He also plays his R1 doubles with Dimitrov tomorrow.

Wow, can't believe how dead this forum has become  (tbf this has been my first visit in a while)
Happy with the grass title but so annoyed he messed up a great chance at a QF here losing to Melzer who hasn't been in great form recently. Will he ever get a better 3rd/4th round draw than Malisse and Tomic?

Finally I'm not alone in here!  Yeah it was sad he went down to Melzer but I'm still happy he's just back on tour.
Still in doubles? I've lost interest in Wimbledon

I think we're the only two that didn't jump off the bandwagon circa 2008 
Lost in five to Fleming/Hutchins today, missed opportunity again
I haven't lost interest in Wimbledon, I'm just used to disappointment since about half the players I like retired in the past year - and the remaining ones suck 90% of the time.

I was thrilled Dima won the warmup event. That was more than I expected, and certainly it showed he is capable of climbing back. The Gulbis win was great. I thought he could have taken the 2nd round though. But winning a 1st round, after all he has endured, is awesome. Now. Onto the hard courts!

I hope he sees these grass wins as a great sign for the rest of the season. He has the ability to make a great run on hardcourts this summer.
