Really? This is Marin Cilic we're talking about, right?
This was weird to me, too. I think he can beat Tsonga and Berdych but considering his H2H with JMDP it will be tough vs him. Nadal is too good. I mean he can beat him but when was the last time when health Rafa fall before semis.
If he will play like he did last week he can beat everbody except Rafa (it's possible but hard to call).
Jo Wilfried TSONGA vs. David GOFFIN
Edouard ROGER-VASSELIN vs. Ernests GULBIS
Fernando VERDASCO vs. Xavier MALISSE
Tobias KAMKE vs. Julien BENNETEAU
Juan MONACO vs. Bastian KNITTEL
Lukas LACKO vs. Rajeev RAM
Kenny de SCHEPPER vs. Paolo LORENZI
Marcos BAGHDATIS vs. Marin CILIC
Good draw: This is Baghdatis and it's on grass but Baghdatis id out of form, last win on Tour level was in Rotterdam. Meanwhile he menaged just one win in DC vs some gyuy from Benin. Eight R1 losses in a row. Second round should be easy, 3rd round he will play lacko and that could be tough, Tsonga is alot better option than Nadal and JMDP for him. He could make quaters, as first he needs to pass R1. In quaters he would play Murray.
Interestin thing is Nadal will face Federer in quaters and than Murray in semis.
Great game today. If he keep like this he will play quaters. Than...who knows.
I hate to look that far in advance but it is crossing my mind. He can actually go to second week barely playing any tennis. Usually, by the time he reaches second week, he has already played few 4-5 setters and can't give his best. This time it might be different, I hope.
