I was doing Zumba.



At some point towards the end of the workout I felt a sharp pain on my left hip. I think I landed on the left foot in an awkward way. Now it hurts when I put weight on the left leg but not all the time. I take a few steps without any problems and then it suddenly surprises me with a really sharp pain.
