Default Viktor ranking explanation?

Why Davis Cup with 155 points belongs to Viktors non-****able tournaments?
He has only 3 ATP 500 tournaments (Rotterdam 180 + Basel 180 + Tokyo 180).

My calculation say that now he has 110 points more than officail list show.

Can anyone explain it?

Monte Carlo is a master 1000 event but the points are grouped into the 500 event. Since he has 180 points from MC this year, his 155 DC points are not counted.
