Re: Players who are retiring in 2011
Nicolas Lapentti also quit iirc.
Can see Schuttler, Haas, Nalbandian and Hewitt retiring, and I think there's others too.

Didn't know about Lapentii, wouldn't be surprised if Haas goes though, the time he's lost because of (2?)shoulder reconstructions, his parents'car accident(is this right?please correct if wrong)and other assorted injuries. Perhaps Rafa should go as well,as he's clearly on a downward slope.

Re: Players who are retiring in 2011
Haas said he wanted his daughter to see him play but she's just a baby he would need to play at least 3 years for that Schuettler continues to travel over the oceans going in US, Asia or Europe during short period he must be still motivated. French veterans Gicquel and Clement could also quit this year

Re: Players who are retiring in 2011
I wrote an article recently about if Hewitt might retire this year. Any thoughts or opinions would be great to hear.

fernando gonzalez is suffering from chronic tendinitis in his knees. He said if it doesn't get better, he will retire (on his twitter).

Re: Players who are retiring in 2011
Seems like Louk Sorensen is back on track. Today he lost a match against Borut Puc (Q R1 Kitzbuhel) and few weeks ago he tried to qualify to Stuttgart, but couldn't win against Donskoy at the very last stage.
Does anyone have more information?
