NBA TIME - The NBA MTF Easy Game
Just choose your NBA TEAM and defend it here in this very simple game.
The game begins on Sunday, April 3 (round picks received until 21h GMT, for this round)
SEASON 2011
Our Regular Season will be played from APRIL 03 to APRIL 13 (daily game).
All teams will fight another two teams per daily round.
RANKING will count the 12 best results!!!
After that, the best 8 teams will play NBA TIME PLAYOFFS.
NBA TIME GAME MODE
It´s very simple.
Just choose one single match of available matches and predict its FINAL SCORE.
Ex: CELTICS 88 x 86 BULLS
WINNERS DETERMINATION
It´s very simple again.
Your points are calculated following a simple formula:
YOUR POINTS = CORRECT WINNER - AVERAGE SCORE DIFF + PERFECT SCORE BONUS
CORRECT WINNER - If you chose the Correct Winner you have 100pts against your opponent. If you chose the Wrong Winner you have 70pts against your opponent.
AVERAGE SCORE DIFF - If you chose the MATCH HAWKS 80x70 BULLS (10 pts diff) and the REAL SCORE was HAWKS 90x89 BULLS (1 pt diff ), you will lose the diff (10-1=9)!!! Here, the winner is not important but ONLY the MATCH FINAL SCORE AVERAGE, ok?
PERFECT SCORE BONUS - If you have predicted the correct score of any TEAM, you will have a 20pts bonus score. So, if you was perfect here, you can win 40pts extra in your score against your opponent !!!
Example:
AVAILABLE MATCH is BULLS vs HAWKS
- ELIRJ70/CELTICS picked BULLS 97x86 HAWKS (11pts diff)
- DEXTER/MAGIC picked HAWKS 101x95 BULLS (6pts diff)
REAL SCORE was HAWKS 98x97 BULLS (1pt diff)
MATCH SCORES:
- ELIRJ70/CELTICS
WRONG WINNER (70pts) - AVERAGE SCORE DIFF (11-1=10pts!) + PERFECT SCORE BONUS (BULLS 97 - 20 pts) ; TOTAL= 70 - 10 + 20 = 80pts
- DEXTER/MAGIC
CORRECT WINNER (100pts) - AVERAGE SCORE DIFF (6-1=5pts!) + PERFECT SCORE BONUS (NO correct score); TOTAL= 100 - 5 + 0 = 95pts
FINAL NBA TIME SCORE - DEXTER/MAGIC 95 x 80 ELIRJ70/CELTICS
OBS: If we have a tie, the winner is the participant who picked the nearest winner score.

You will play against the player above and below you. I will be always the first one and I will play against the first above me and against the last to send his pick!
